DESIGN

Our team of talented designers conceptualizes each garment with a unique style while ensuring that every element of the process is thoroughly scrutinized. Our team is able to support each individual client’s needs because we understand that everyone and every label are unique.

While some of our clients require our input on different ranges, most of our clients look to us to provide services from initial concept development through to production. Therefore we have many sources of inspiration and subscribe to global trend services in order to keep up with lifestyle and design trends.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

As well as being able to offer our clientele exceptional design facilities, Intensity is also geared to offer a range of services from conceptualization to development through our talented group of merchandisers and sample room technicians using the latest technologies in the apparel industry. Within the Product Development Center, we have a team of resourceful Development Merchandisers who take the process forward with the sourcing of materials for sample development, ensuring that the final product is as close to the design concept as possible.

Following the design and sourcing process, production of the sample then moves to the sample room, where a group of over 30 pattern makers and operators create the garment based on the design specs, eventually sending the finalized versions to buyers/clients for their input.

In addition to the design and sample facilities, our vertically integrated departments ensure that we have greater control over output as well as greater creative license. This way we are able to provide our clients with the best possible service to their exact needs.
